Hyatt Place: tentative opening is late July.

The Clothes Tree: a soft opening is scheduled for May 15, while a grand opening will take place in June. The Clothes Tree is a women’s clothing store that’s been established since 1963. Their mission is to provide great quality merchandise and excellent customer service. The Clothes Tree’s goal is to offer brands and designers that customers love and know. They represent fashion for all ages.

Barre 3: Grand opening is anticipated for the weekend of June 10th• Barre3 is a specialized fitness studio. Every workout at Barre3 strengthens, tones and balances the body through a combination of ballet, pilates and yoga.

Pastini Pasteria: Opening mid -late June, 2017. Pastini in Eugene will be the southernmost outpost of the popular, Portland-based restaurant company. Pastini serves forth iconic pastas from Spaghetti & Meatballs and Baked Lasagna to lighter pastas with fresh seafood and vegetables. Smaller plates like roasted vegetables, porcini-garlic toast, Tuscan kale salad, Roasted Penn Cove clams, a terrific Caesar and a great Italian-style burger will augment the
pasta-centric menu. All Pastini’s dishes are made from scratch with responsibly-sourced local ingredients whenever possible. Their warm, friendly staff make Pastini a great place to gather for lunch or dinner for business or with friends and family!

Outdoor Elements: A soft opening is planned on or near June 1st. A grand opening event is scheduled for June 23rd from 5-8pm with goodies and discounts. Outdoor Elements is a lifestyle store with a focus on style, sustainability, quality, and healthy living. A handpicked collection of home and garden products for every season from triple milled French soaps to air plants. Outdoor Elements brings all your favorite products together in an inspirational shopping environment, blurring the lines between inside and outside. The urban loft meets the garden shed.

Rachelle M. – Rustic House of Fashion: This shop anticipates opening the week of June 19th• Rachelle M. is a specialty store for men and women with a rugged Americana feel. Featuring uniquely different products like JohnnyWas, Bedstu, Ryan Micheal, Filson, Pendleton, Ilse Jacobsen and Driftwood just to name a few. They are a locally owned and operated company with two stores in the Portland Pearl District and Bridgeport Village.

Miss Meers: The new, larger store is scheduled to open the first or second week of July. Meera, the owner of Miss Meers, is excited to have a larger space so that she can offer an even greater selection of shoes and clothing to her customers.

Hot Mamas: Opening mid-summer, details to be announced at a later date.
